Years ago when I went Paleo I missed food "popping" like sugar did so I found some recipes for great combinations of things that made my mouth go "yay!" Here is one.
Easy to make.
The hardest part is waiting for your pear to be perfectly ripe.
Cook and cut up bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Cut a ripe pear into bite-sized pieces.
Put one piece of bacon on each pear piece.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
